Do you sell Old or New crop?
We primarily export Aged (Old Crop) 1121 Basmati (1-2 years old) as it cooks fluffy and separate. New crop is available upon request.
What is Sella vs Steam rice?
Sella (Parboiled) is tougher and retains shape during long cooking (catering). Steam is raw rice, lighter, whiter, and more aromatic.
