Urad Gota is the whole black gram with the black skin removed, resulting in a white, whole seed used for batter.

We offer both Polished (using water/oil for shine) and Unpolished (natural) varieties based on customer preference.
What is the shelf life?
Dried Black Gram has a shelf life of 12 to 24 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
