Is this polished or unpolished?
We offer both. Unpolished is healthier and preferred for domestic use, while Polished (Water/Oil) is standard for export to ensure shelf life.
Do you supply Yellow Moong Dal?
Yes, we supply Yellow Moong Dal (Washed/Dhuli), which is the skinned and split version of the whole green bean.
Can you mix with other pulses?

What is the shelf life?
Standard shelf life is 12 months in dry storage. Vacuum packing can extend this significantly.
